No. I'm relieved too. However, I really hope this does not make Congress, especially Democrats take a back seat and just not do anything. They should continue pressing for a permanent solution immediately for Dreamers. They can't get complacent.

Enjoy today guys, all the stress you've gone through... today you can breathe, even for a moment. Justice Roberts saved the day.

The ruling is that DHS did not follow APA and was "arbitrary and capricious".

However, the Trump administration can follow APA and still rescind DACA. Removing DACA in an election year where DACA has majority support of voters in times where other things should have higher priority makes no sense. If it happens it is definitely the hardliners pushing their agenda.

Things are looking up. Enjoy your day fellas

Let's be honest, after Jeff Sessions rescinded daca with that smirk on his face who the hell thought DACA would still be alive 3 years later and will potentially survive Trump's first (and possibly only) term

The fact that they can still do that concerns me. What if he somehow wins the next election and then comes after us again with a SC case?
