You think the racist republicans, Trump or scumbags like Ted Cruz are going to legalize you ? idiot lol

The only chance immigrants have is if Dems win congress and the presidency, otherwise nothing gets done.

I agree with the people above to a certain extent that this is the same kind of talk we have heard for years now. But, I think I am a bit more optimistic this time than when President Obama was first elected. He used all of his political capital when he and Democrats tried to pass the Affordable Care Act. And, they paid a huge price in the next elections. But, this time, I don't think health care is not like their top, top, sole priority although it is probably still a higher priority than immigration.
you make it sound like the 'pugs will be able to hold the Senate

Let's look at this...
1] Dems tried to pass dream act, and failed due to some blue dog dems and ALL Republicans not backing it.
2] Republicans were being total pussy obstructionists for the majority of Obama's presidency, especially his second term.
3] Obama gave us DACA, which you are benefitting from right now.

Trump has...
1] Appointed Stephen Miller to power, which if he had the chance, would suffocate you in a gas chamber, light your corpse on fire, and piss on your crispy cadaver.
2] Had his AG Sessions try to rescind DACA, but the process was stopped by liberal judges as soon as it happened.
3] Has had fellow Republicans draft bills that would strip away our rights and make it super easy to deport us (Goodshit Bill), none of which have even gone up for a vote, mind you.
4] Has been totally schizophrenic on his DACA rhetoric (one day calls us kids and another calls us MS13 members).
5] Has backed out of several agreements that might have been seen as somewhat sensible (i.e. $25B wall funding for DACA).
6] Has shown absolutely no good faith in wanting to get us a reasonable solution since and even before he took office.

Go ahead and tally up the score, Florida Boi.

If you have any dignity left put your money where your mouth is and surrender your DACA immediately. Shame on you.

What do you mean? Even if the Democrats take control of the Senate, there are rules. Unless they are willing to change those rules, they simply won't have the filibuster-proof number of votes (60 votes). They will have anywhere from 50 to 54... most likely 51 if the current polls are accurate and hold until the election day. It is just the math. The nature of the Senate gives a big advantage to the Republicans right now because every state gets two Senators regardless its population and there are a lot of Republican states with relatively small populations.

Still, this is an improvement. Before this pandemic and everything else that has happened, the Republicans were forecast to keep the Senate. Now, it is likely that the Democrats will take control of the whole Congress and presidency as of now.

You're definitely not a genius, based on your composition and grammar.

The first 2 years Obama and Dems had control of the House and Senate, but also there were mayor economic events that took precedent over immigration. My guess is that Obama thought he could work with the Republicans, but Mitch McConnell and the rest of the Nazi Republican party did not move an inch on any issues. Yes, I believe Obama should have been more aggressive getting things done, but the Republican party has been a dead weight on the US for over 2 decades. No immigration, No infrastructure, dismantle healthcare and dismantle the middle class. after a full term of this orange egocentric lunatic the biggest accomplishment is a Corporate tax break which is going to be a great economic burden for future generations and the next President.

History repeats itself the republicans come into office, lower the taxes for their interest and then a Democrat comes in, have to lower the deficit, tighten spending, but somehow Bill Clinton fired up the Economy after Bush senior , Obama save the US from an economic catastrophe, most people don't realize that we were hours away from frozen ATMs and banks accounts in 2008 ..... but Republicans are economic geniuses... LOL

and there is your little history lesson.

If Trump wins again, odds are that you will be undocumented by the end of his next term, so yeap cheer MAGA !
