They should just say if you don't agree with the rules, then we'll kill the filibuster. Fuck off. Give them that ultimatum and pass CIR, Mininum wage, Covid relief, and everything. GOP has nothing in terms of policy. They will do what? Eliminate ACA and abortion? Good luck ever winning an election ever again.

They need voters in red states not voters in general.

If Dems can pass DA in some form without killing the filibuster, then absolutely no, they shouldn't kill it.

This is where Schumer needs to make a deal. No killing of filibuster but DA and some other measures gets to pass.

The problem is that if the republicans get involved then they'll add all kinds of poison pills and we'll end up with a Goodlatte bill which only covers 50% of the daca population.

The dems should just kill the filibuster, not only for immigration but for everything else they want. It's only a matter of time before the filibuster gets killed anyway, imagine if trump or someone like him wins again with the control on the senate/house, they would kill the filibuster, deports us all, and order general lee statues to be raised everywhere lol

If the tables were turned, the Republicans would want to kill the fillibuster.
