I thought this was because minimum wage did not qualify to be in the reconciliation bill as min wage was not considered spending

Manchin was aiming for 13.00 but all dems wanted a minimum wage increase by 2024. We just saw how much power Joe Manchin flexed during covid relief, i wonder if any dem is willing to do the same on immigration?
