This is a very misinformed thing to say. The courts have all jurisdiction over the constitutionality of laws passed. It would be struck down if lawsuit was brought against the new bill. How do you think Obamacare mandate was struck down and Voting rights bill neutered?

Wait for Beer Kavanaugh, Neil, and Amy from downtown to overrule Congress.

Congress controls immigration policy. Look up “Immigration Plenary Power”. The SCOTUS gave Congress the power to make immigration policy subject to VERY LIMITED judicial oversight. It would be unconstitutional for the SCOTUS to strike down the law.
You’re acting like a troll rn. You do realize that Trump judges have surprisingly been pretty restrained.

As
@POTUS
boards Marine One and made a bit of news.

On immigration - “I think we should include in the reconciliation bill the immigration proposal”

On Sinema & Reconciliation- “She’s on board for passing if in fact she sees all the pieces of it.”

If she doesn't allow it, the Dems are gonna let it slide. They just wanna go on vacation. They've already worked so hard. Let them pass the spending bill and go on vacation and use us for the midterms. Maybe next time, folks.

Green cards in 2050.

You act like they'd care about they hypocrisy of their judicial actions. Cons at SCOTUS only care about looking out for cons. It's why they struck down California's donor disclosure rules and upheld AZ's voter restrictions.

If they cared about the letter of the law on the constitution, not what they interpret as "constitutional", they wouldn't be out disenfranchising voters, you know, a constitutionally guaranteed right. You think they care about fast tracking millions of new citizens that would take their power away from them? Wake up
