Some bad clauses in there

No fast track for current DACAs?
Uh, no, it's fair and equal across categories.
There aren't bad clauses for Dreamers or essential workers or TPS recipients.

Which clauses are you referring to?
Very young people will clearly not be *immediately* eligible for status, but will be once they finish school or serve in the armed forces.
Essential workers will be able to clearly establish eligibility.
TPS recipients already have a record with DHS.

Not being snarky, just a tired healthcare worker trying to understand objections.

Solidarity!
Stay strong everyone. After 20 miserable years post-9/11, after a horrifying and humbling 18 months in a pandemic, after what everyone has and is going through, we have made it. Feel proud, work hard, stay humble and caring, and push forward. So many more people and patients to help in the months and years to come.

Oh, and stay safe.

You all are heroes. I hope to be one of you soon.
I’m giving up a six figure job to apply to med school this year.

If everything goes in our favor we will be able to submit application for GC in May/June 2022. Than we will have to wait about 2 years. So Christmas 2023 I would say best case scenario.

1) Submit a valid application under the new rules.
2) Pay $1,500 in Addition to the USCIS Filing fees
3) Pass background and medical checks.

Dreamers -
Been in the US before 18
Continuously present since 01/2021
1) Serve honorably in the Uniformed Services;
2) Graduate from college or a postsecondary vocational school;
3) Show 3 years of consistent earned income; or
4) Be enrolled in 2) and in a training program.

Is it one of those four requirements or is the education requirement mandatory? I can show continuous presence and 3 years consistent income in a professional position. Wonder if that would be enough.
