Total Revenue - $151,694 (Mainly from contributions)

Top Expenses were 136,260. Following are the top expenses:

Professional fees and other payments to independent contractors - 106,533
Other Expenses - 25,593 (The highest expenses included here are Program Supplies of 8,885, Conferences 2,463, Automobile 1,554, Telecom & Internet 2,325 and there's a WHOPPING 465 for SCHOLARSHIPS & STUDENT SUPPORT).

You do your own Math and use your judgment. All I am seeing is close to 85% of their expenses being professional fees to contractors and other stuff like travel/conference. My question is, what are those payments to contractors for?
