Edit: but, then you might have an issue witt the amount of time that you were outside of the country . . . you should check with a lawyer when CIR happens. It doesn't hurt to try.
I'll do that for sure.

Yeah that and also for some states to put "Limited Lawful Status" or some such crap on ID's and DL's to differentiate people. I hope this is not the case. I'm assuming no in state tuition as well with RPI.

True, I'm going for my road test in May, and my permit says "temporary imm status" so I'm assuming that's what my actual license will say as well. and I get in-state tuition, I talked to one of my guidance counselors she said it kinda depends on the school as well, but I remember when I was applying to go to that college, I gave them the ITIN number which was okay, but I just go to some community college, I'm from Jersey btw

volunteering departure is the court gives you an option for yourself to "self deport"

if you just left the country by order or chance by the court, then you just left. You didnt like here and left the country.

I think it would apply back to section 212, if you were deported after 2011, you are not eligible for this. Doesn't matter if you were deported for being at the wrong place or time or because of criminal reasons. If you entered illegally, you are not eligible however, you could enter back by applying for a chance to renter under section 212 which again I can';t find it. if you were deported before December 2011, you might be eligible for RPI

Even if you entered before December 2011 if you don't have 2 years of history before 2011, you are not eligible for RPI.

He has a history . . . but, the fact that he re-entered illegally disqualifies him.
