For those that have gotten approved if you use case tracker do u see if other cases around you have been approved ?

I'm really worried that I won't have enough time.

I reached out to my congresswoman yesterday. Her office said they would help me in expediting the case based on the criteria listed on this page: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria. Guess it's worth a shot.

154 days and still waiting. I hope people that got renewed don't take these things for granted.

I'm at 140 days, so I'm not exactly in the same position. But I believe we have a similar receipt date (mine was April 6). I called USCIS again today and the agent said they're still "working on cases from April 2nd" but that the last time the chart was updated was August 11. It is apparently updated once a month.

I'm not even sure if that April 2nd date is correct. Sigh... I really wish there was a way to make them more accountable for their actions.

They tried to do this with me also on the phone. It didn't pan out. It might work for you since you got a congresswoman to do it though

So I just got a letter from my HR stating that I will be let go if I don't show them a valid EAD by 9/1.

I asked them to write this letter for me. Do I upload it to ELIS as well as mail it to my service center?

go to the congressman website and look for "serving you" and/or "help with federal agency"

there should be a privacy authorization form that you sign and email to them.

without this form they cannot do anything so is better to fill it out from the beginning

Mine is two days away from you (April 8th). But I still did not get any approval
