It was a 25year journey. I never thought in a million years this would happen. I am so gratful for my loving wife of 13 years that didnt turn her back on me when she found out my sitituaion. I even made the local news..LOL When I walked out the courtroom the first thing I did was register to vote. My voice will finally be heard. Keep pushing my fellow DREAMERS. Stay positive and never ever give up hope.
This is wonderful news!!!! CONGRATULATIONS Chocolatedrop, it has been a long road but you kept pushing. Congratulations to you and your family!!!!

Tough to say, you may or may not get your new EAD before your DACA expires.

It took me 308 days to get my initial EAD C9 but I also had a RFIE after 7 months from filing for AOS. You also don't want to be without EAD either.

Hey guys, I’m currently working on doing research for my AOS. I tested positive for tuberculosis when I first move to the USA in 2004 due to BCG vaccine back in my home country. I do not live close to the hospital I was diagnose at. And don’t know what are the steps I should take for when I get my physical done. Anyone has experience with this?

We do Blood Tests now instead of the skin test. It is more accurate. I was tested latent when I came here but took treatment. Fast forward decades later, tested latent but the X-ray confirmed negative.

Blood test was also negative. It won't disqualify you if you test positive because you can treat it.

The doctor will advise you on treatment if you test positive, as long as you go through with it, you should be good.

Hello my fellow dreamers!!! After waiting for 1.5 years to receive the interview appointment, I finally had my immigration interview on 4/8/19, and was approved on the spot. It was super easy! I went from DACA to AOS through marriage. For those who are in the AOS process please don't lose sight of the final target and have faith that everything will go well! As long as you have been honest through this process then you don't need to fear anything! Thank you all for sharing your experiences and your advices. Good luck to you all!

What did they ask during the interview?
