Congrats. Which FO?

Interesting enough, the IO didn't really talked to me at all...he spoke to my wife (US Citizen) about how we met, where do we live, how long had we dated before I proposed to her, what are our future plans, her passport, new medical exam, copy of the lease with both of our names, copies of our joint filed taxes for the past 2 years, pictures of the wedding. To me he basically asked me to show him the I-94, the Visa and passport I used to entered the country, Yes or No questions, and that was it. The interview lasted 15 mins.

01/11/2019 RFE missing current year tax return for Wife
01/24/2019 completed biometrics 10am
02/08/2019 RFE package received with co-signer in it just in case
04/11/2019 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
04/11/2019 no new EAD as of this date.

Anyone did I-90 here? If yes, how long did it take?

04/12/2019 New EAD Card Is Being Produced

My DACA EAD expires on 04/01/2020

dont have a paper.. But i still have my old passport when I came in the US with the stamp. Lawyer said its good enough because it has a date on it.

1/28/19 -case has been accepted
2/4/19 - Received NOA on all files
2/8/19 - Received mail for Biometrics scheduled for 2/19
2/8/19 - Walk in BIOMETRICS COMPLETED on Varick St
2/9/19 - Fingerprint review was COMPLETED on I-765 and I-485
2/12/19 - (I-485) Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
4/8/19 - (I-765) On April 8, 2019, we ordered your new card (RECEIVED NO TEXT/NO EMAIL) update came through “Case Tracker”
4/11/19 - "Card was mailed to me" no tracking yet

Did you mean your I-94 Departure card? I-90 application form is either to replace a PR card or to renew it. Yes, that stamp is evidence on your passport.

Anyhow, Just received the receipt for i131 and i765. 30 mins later EAD combo arrived in mail! it was supposed to come Monday lol

Though I applied for the AP document ( which was free ) I doubt I will use this lol Its too risky. Now the real wait begins. Newark NJ waiting time for interview is forever

Did you ever use the DACA AP?

nope never applied for it.

too scared to even use this AP. idk I dont wanna risk anything. Im so close getting the green card
