Request of evidence, after biometrics :( - Page 32

I sent a copy of my passport, I-94, my expired visa,my middle school report cards and standardized test scores (I think from 07'-10''), and my attendance record (to prove presence on June 15th). I can't remember if I sent my freshman and sophomore year report cards. I'm guessing I either need to prove I'm still in school, they couldn't interpret my attendance record, or I didn't send enough evidence for the 5 years of continuously residing here.

ok, i finally got my RFE and its for the following

-Identity
*i didn't send in a recent id, all the id's that i have sent were over 10 years old
-continuous residence
*i have a gap from 2002 - 2008 ... lol.. wut..i. thought it was from june 15 2007 to 2012..
this is what's on the RFE "the evidence you have submitted shows a gap in your residence, The evidence submitted does not show proof of your residency between September 2002 through April 2008. please submit evidence to establish that you have continuously resided in the United States since june 15, 2012. lol

its all good, they send you a mailer which you can use to send in the requested evidence.

and they give you (at least with me) until december to send in stuff.

Wow weird. So do you have school records and stuff to cover that? Did you not send those originally?

i have school records that cover me from 1994 up until 2002, i guess the rest will be affidavits as i have not worked for anybody since...man.. i'll get this over and done with some how!

phew...soo...thats easy enough.... i now feel less nervous about RFEs...thanks for sharing.
