I never got receipt papers for the I-130

Can this happen? We sent them back in October

That is strange... I would call USCIS and see if they can give you the receipt number over the phone, and make sure they have the right mailing address.

Our application was received 12/30 and already received notifications. Definitely call.

Hi there. I'm not too familiar with this process but mom texted me to say USCIS approved her pardon request and now has to put together a packet to receive an appt. for a Juarez interview? Does this sound familiar?

Yes, your mom is now on Steps 3-6 of the Immigrant Visa Process:

Hey guys,

For those of you who already wrote the Extreme Hardship Letter, any tips/guidance you can provide? We are struggling to come up with something. This is the very first rough draft (just submitted I-130).
