I only had to answer a few of the yes and no questions and about my last entry. The only thing the officer asked for was our ID’s, my birth certificate and marriage certificate. He didn’t give us a paper at the end but he said to expect an answer in the mail in 1-2 weeks. I got the update that my card was in production later that day and the next day everything updated to approved. I still can’t believe it, I’m now waiting for my green card in the mail. It’s such a big blessing. My DACA had expired in July but I had faith that everything was going to work out. I am so thankful for all of you guys who helped me prepare my application and for all the questions that were answered. Thank you all so much!
Congratulations and good on you for taking your fate into your own hands by doing this.

Hey fellow dreamers! I’ve been following this site for years and thought I’d check in and see the progress... I’m currently still waiting for my interview letter... 406 days to be exact. My field office is SF... so it’s suuuper slow.. I believe it’s one of the slowest in the nation. I’ve been on i m m i h e l p’s forums as well to see what others’ timelines are... and at this point I’ve gathered that this field office seems to be selecting applications at random... some people who filed March 2018 have gotten their interviews and some who filed in November 2018 have also gotten their interviews. Meanwhile I filed in late June/early July 2018 and have gotten nothing since August 2018 when I got my “your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” notice. I applied for my EAD/AP combo card renewal in April 2019 and am still waiting for that one as well... my current combo card expires next month... Reeeeally hoping that interview date is coming soon and maybe that’s why my renewal is taking so long. I got my first card in less than 3 months but for the renewal I’ve been waiting 5 months.

I’m trying to keep positive and hopeful that my patience will pay off soon but honestly I’m a little frustrated at the random timelines... but I’ve also read about some who have waited a year and a half to two years... Since my initial application timelines were so fast I was hoping that pattern would continue... but oh well, all I can do is wait!

Congrats to all you dreamers who’ve successfully adjusted your status from DACA... grateful that Obama left us this gift.... good luck to all of you! <3

Please feel free to share any S.F. Bay Area experiences.

Hey guys, my case status online has a last update on August 22 saying "Interview Scheduled". However, it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received a notice. Looking around online, it looks like the interview date is typically 4-5 weeks after "interview is scheduled" status update. I'm getting really anxious because I don't want to miss the interview because I haven't received a notice...I called my lawyer's office and they apparently haven't received a copy either. Anyone ever experience something like this? Can I call USCIS and obtain the date/time?

EDIT: Never mind guys...my status is still as "Fingerprint review completed". I somehow checked the status of someone else's case - the receipt number I typed was off by just 1 number (0 instead of 1)! Can't believe USCIS issues receipt numbers this close

Hi there. I'm a former DACA recipient who adjusted my status based on marriage in 2017. I received a conditional permanent resident card in 2017 and am now in my 90-day window to file I-751 to remove my conditions.

I plan to include the following documents to substantiate a "good-faith' marriage since our marriage.

1. Form G-1145: eNotification of Application/Petition Acceptance
2. Form I-751: Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, signed by Petitioner and US Citizen
3. Front/Back Copy of Petitioner’s Current Permanent Resident Card
4. Front/Back Copies of driver’s license for Petitioner and US Citizen
5. Copy of Address Change Form filed by Petitioner
6. Evidence of Relationship: Copy of Marriage License
7. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Quarterly Wells Fargo Joint Bank Statements (2016-2019)
8. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Annual Complete Joint Tax Returns (2016-201
9. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Annual Joint Apartment Leases (2016-2019)
10. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Quarterly Joint Auto Lease Bills (2018-2019)
11. Evidence of Relationship: Copy of Quarterly City Tax Bill with move-in date (2019)
12. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Annual Joint Auto & Renter’s Insurance (2016-2019)
13. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Annual American Express Credit Card Statements/Joint Purchases (2018-2019)
14. Evidence of Relationship: Copies of Annual Travel Itineraries (2016-2019)
15. Filing Fees of $680

My question is if you filed your I-751 form, did you submit your entire joint tax return and W2 forms or just the Tax Return transcripts, or both? Also, do you know if the travel itineraries are sufficient w/o submitting pictures too? The stack of papers I've put together is already really thick, so I just wanted to condense where I can. However, I don't want to get an RFE, so if it's necessary to submit this stuff I will.

Is there's anything I missed?

I submitted tax return and transcripts (no W2s). We submitted plane tickets and photos (can't hurt). The more you send the better. I just got my ROC approved two weeks ago. No RFE, No biometrics (reused from AOS), No interview.

233 days later, I finally got an update. “INTERVIEW HAS BEEN SCHEDULED”
Idk why but I feel hella nervous now. Lol I got my EAD/AP COMBO back in April. I have nothing to fear though. My and my wife have been dating since late 2011.

Sweet! I decided to include the pics after all. Thank you for the feedback and congrats on your ROC! #winning
