Depends how long they were here during the first EWI. If it was less than a year, they're good. Also, since he did AP through DACA, that more than likely cleared his EWI's.

I wanted to share with you guys today since we all are DACA family that I became a US Citizen today, 18 years after coming to the US as a child.

I am so thankful. I made sure to fill in a voter registration form at the ceremony today.

I am still here on this website and will continue to chime in when I can be of assistance. Feel free to IM me as well.

Keep your heads up everyone!

When did you apply for naturalization? You had your conditional removed and approved for naturalization at the same time.

I applied for Naturalization 2 years and 9 months from the date that was on my 2 year Green Card. Exactly a year prior to when I filed for Naturalization, I filed for Removal of Conditions.

My Removal of Conditions case stayed pending for a year and 8 months. Filing for Naturalization essentially forced USCIS' hand to make a decision on my Removal of Conditions case so the officer assigned to my case went over and approved my I-751 first before he proceeded to quiz me on the N-400 questions. He was very kind too also worthy of note is that my husband and kids came with me to the interview but my husband wasn't interviewed.

So is there an official record of any EWI’s?

73a. Having been unlawfully present in the United States for
more than one year in the aggregate?
Does anyone know what it this question means?
Two examples to answer question. One ewi and never left the country or two ewi?
