I know that the details of any proposition are not out yet BUT if only dreamers cannot sponsor their parents, do you think those with DACA will be able to?

For example, my brother has DACA so he wouldn't be able to. However, I adjusted from DACA to GC. Once I become a USC, do you think I'll be able to sponsor my parents even though I was a dreamer in the past?

Also, if a deal is made, when do you think the vote will happen?

If they change the law so that any citizen or LPR cannot sponsor their parents, then no.

not at all, they just ask proof of your EAD. then theyll mail out the check 48 hrs when they approve it.
