Will update for future user reference.
Do you mind if I ask which city or state you live in? I’m in Seattle and our lawyer estimated it may take 2+ years for things to get approved. We filed in April 2022 and I’m trying to forget about it so the time goes faster but it’s difficult to be patient haha.

Update: At the beginning of March, I was approved for my GC! It took way shorter than what the lawyers expected, so I am grateful! If anyone has questions, I can answer them!

Woohoo! Congrats!
Did you adjust through marriage? How much did you end up paying in terms of attorney fees/costs? Did your attorney go with you to the interview? Can you talk a bit about the physical? Did it cost much? Did you need additional vaccinations?

Most importantly, where outside of theb US are you traveling to first?

Thank you! I adjusted through marriage. Sent it April of 2022. Seattle area. We filed it with an immigration lawyer just to be 100% safe. We paid them $5000. They actually waived the interview (they seem to be doing that a lot since COVID). They requested a medical exam done by a civil surgeon. It cost $200 total to get the exam and filing fee. I didn’t have to get any extra vaccinations since I had all mine current including COVID shots (I work in healthcare so I had all my vaccinations current as of 2019). But they had to run a blood test for negative STDs I think and they ran it through my insurance but they didn’t cover it so it cost an additional $250 smh. I’m super grateful that it all worked out and now in 3 years I can apply to be a USC.

The saddest part of it all is that I cannot travel outside the US quite yet… long story short, as a Korean I have to do my mandatory military service but since I’m in the US and I can’t go back. That means they will not renew/extend my Korean passport so it’s no longer valid. I have to wait until I become a USC and then apply for a US passport. So it’s going to take at least 4-5 years depending on how quickly they process my USC application /: but beggars can’t be choosers I guess and I’m still very grateful that I can now live my life somewhat normally without a fear of being separated from my wife and friends I’ve made here.

Would someone be able to AOS if they had multiple entries under a false or made up visa/passport (all while under 18 ) and they apply and got DACA and AP under their real name. Is AOS possible?

I think the person would need to file a waiver of grounds of inadmissibility (I-160a). Unless the rules are different since the person was under the age of 18.

So AP would not help to fix that?

I believe AP only helps unlawful presence bars, and not any other inadmissibility.

This a good article to read for more information:

After waiting so long for DACA to fix itself, I lost hope. Therefore I finally submitted the first part of my AOS. I submitted my I130 and I130-A via online. Just waiting for the receipt then will submit the rest via mail. Also, I submitted my DACA renewal. Anyone submitted their to Baltimore area? How fast is it?
