He doesn't qualify because his Visa is still valid. In order to qualify for DACA you need to proof that your out of status. Which for many is the expiration of their visa.

my sister lost her diploma. Is a high school diploma needed? She has the transcripts that states in the bottom in small letters that she graduated in 2004. He grad year is hard to find since its at the bottom and the transcripts have a lot of information. Thank you |
