He hasn't left the country since 2005 and isn't going to. He will be considered a EWI because he doesn't have an i94 :/

I thought the same thing too, I just wanted to make sure. Thanks for responding!

You would have had the same visa as your parents.
Q15: B2
Q14: temporary visitor

It really depends. Some people have been approved in a week or two. Some have been waiting since late August.
Thanks for the taking the time to answer! Means a lot!

i already submitted my application but my sister has a question.

my sister lost her diploma.
Is a high school diploma needed?
She has the transcripts that states in the bottom in small letters that she graduated in 2004. He grad year is hard to find since its at the bottom and the transcripts have a lot of information.
Thank you

The transcript is the important one. I don't think USCIS would expect everyone to have saved high school diplomas. It's nice to have it, but as long as you have the transcripts, you should be fine.

I just have a question about form I-765 on the questions that ask about your last entry into the US and my question is: should I leave those questions blank if I have never left the United States since I first came here in 1991?

Your last entry would also be your first entry if you never left since 1991. So don't leave it blank, but the date of your first entry.

I did a walkin biometrics on October 11, yesterday I got a second I-797c for another appointment on November 7. Has this happened to anyone? There isn't much info on the paper. I'm starting to get worried. The new I-797 says its code 1 vs the first one that says code 3.
