They found it and delivered after a few days. Status is stuck at Delivery Attempted for some reason.

Can we still send our renewals right now? Or do we have to wait until May 3?

Anyone know how far in advance USCIS is approving? I submitted early as mine expires Nov 2020 but I rather lose a few months than get nothing at all. My fingerprints were done in March 2020. Is USCIS going to wait till June 2020 when I'll be within the 150 day window? That just feels too close to the supreme court decision time and makes me feel uneasy. Hopefully even if DACA is killed they will let the pending apps complete the process.

I submitted an application for a lost EAD. Any idea how long the replacement takes?

I was just approved on 3/4. For me it was 153 days exactly. 2 years ago it was the same thing. It didn't matter that my biometrics were done last November. They still seem to be adhering to the 150 days rule. Good luck!

Thanks for the information. I sent my renewal out last week. My current EAD expires 9/2020. I had it ready since Jan but kept putting it off. I also didn't want it to get renewed as quick as last time and lose 6 months again.

Here you go.

Everybody is looking over the fact that the announcement explicitly says they're reusing previous biometrics for VALID i-765 EXTENSION REQUESTS and automatically assuming this means DACA EAD renewal requests. To my knowledge, a renewal is not an extension and DACA people don't qualify for extensions.

Be careful you might get an all caps reply from fl_dreamer.

If you applied for renewal and were unable to make your biometrics appointments. THIS IS NOT AUTOMATIC EXTENSION!
