If you ask me, all you need is the threads from this forum to get a basic idea of how to assemble your application.
So true, I filed my application with APALC (which is a free organization so I shouldn't really be complaining) But if you look at my timeline, my application was sent over a month after I left it with them. There were issues with it, but they didn't inform me until I actually called them to ask how my application was doing. I suggest if you're gonna hire a third party, be proactive about always contacting them about how your application is doing or if it has already been sent.

Thank the Lord for this forum, because I knew that walk-in biometrics was possible, and I saved some days

Best of luck~~

loll, I had the same thought... we've all been hating our statuses for the past century, but for the first time, I'm so happy that I've been here for 11 years and I can now actually apply for something because of it... We're so special <3

I am not sure what to write down for questions 14 and 15 on form I-765 which read: Manner of last Entry, and Current Immigration Status. I don't quite recall how I got to this country but I can vaguely remember coming through the border on a bus.

If you didn't come with a valid visa: entered without inspection
If you had a visa: put the visa you came with
(If not sure, ask your parents)

Current status: Unlawful status: DACA

Question, My notice letter and biometric letter only includes my First, Middle and last name. When i went to do my biometric the lady made a big deal of how my mothers Last name was not included and she considered it a typo error and for me to call the 1800 number! I still got the biometric done. My attorney told me it wasnt a big issue but at the biometric place the guy included my mothers last name. Did anyone go through something similar.

i have a couple of questions...

i lost my expired passport, visa and I94, how do i prove that i'm out of status?
do i have to send an affidavit?

i wrote to separate checks, is this ok?

also, i have a letter from my pastor saying that I've been participating in the church for the past 2.5 years... it does not have my address just my name... does this count as a proof that I've been physically present as of june 15, 2012?

The name is the way you want it not what that lady wan't it to be. just make sure your name is the way you want it to be. i have not heard of anything like that though and it's not common.

put when you think your I94 expired and you don't really need an affidavit but you can write down on the application that you lost your passport, visa and I94. explain how you lost it.

you write one check but two is okay because they are both written the same and it's the same case and they are booth for the I-765. either way it's money they will take it.

for June 15, affidavits will not work. trying looking for something between june 1-15 with your name that is not an affidavit. a receipt, bill, amazon invoice, paypal, ebay invoice something... good luck
