2 is pretty low, to be honest. I still struggled but hey that's what happens when you fully assimilate.

Korean, Chinese, and couple of other languages are not in the 2017 MAVNI program, so if / when it opens, it'll be limited to other languages, not to mention active duty slots only.

^Same haha, barely squeaked by with 2/2. Honestly flushed it all out that day and I don't think I can even get a 1/1 now.

I have bad credit with substantial amount of debt in default.

Is there any chance for me to enlist?

Credit does affect your prescreen but it's not a deal breaker as far as I know, a recruiter may have better answer for you. That should be the least of your concern though if you're going into MAVNI, no one knows if/when they'll reopen for further enlistment.

Hey everyone, for those who had their ship date delayed, how close to your contractual ship date were you when you were notified? I'm 20 days until I ship and nothing's changed on Future Soldier website. Did you actually have to go down to MEPS on your ship date to be notified?

Future Soldiers website date is not exactly accurate, for some it still shows '0 days' even after the delay. Just know that there's no set date as of right now, they're not going to show another artificial date on there unless all 3 checks are completed (which is what they used to do, recycling training seats)

Those of you enlisted in DEP, any of your family members applied for deferred action recently? There was a policy memorandum posted at the end of November that now allows family members of MAVNI soldiers to apply for deferred action/I-765. My family filed the required documents to local USCIS office two weeks ago and haven't heard anything since.

I will be going to my local USCIS office in a couple of days. Any pointers?
