Check their site.. If I recall correctly I printed out the bio letter before and di my bio that way with no problems.

I just checked my case status for I-765, it changed to "Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service" today

Just called in. My biometrics was today and I missed it.. they even admitted to not sending me my letter. I was going crazy thinking someone was stealing my mail. Now I have to call to speak to a supervisor tomorrow at 8am to reschedule. Doesn’t look like I’m getting my renewal by June 30th fml. There goes my job

You could print out the letter directly from the USCIS website no?

How do I do that? When I log in to Uscis it just shows case history and that’s all

I got a notification saying they sent me the biometrics letter but I never received and I missed my appointment on April 19. I spent an entire morning calling them so they could reschedule my appoint.
My next appointment is on May 6 but still no letter. I am thinking of just walking in

Update: spent another morning calling them and the officer ended up sending my letter to my email. He also gave me an access code but i didn’t know how to use it. I don’t have that access code option in my account

Expiration 08/08/2019

So I sent out my renewal packet sometime last week. Got USCIS text notice on 4/29 saying they received my case, that they sent out email notification---which was never received. I got notifications in the mail and text notification as well.

I'm super confused because I checked the status on my case on May 4th. USCIS said they sent out a biometrics appointment letter, checked this morning and it's back to saying my case was received and an email notice was sent out. Went online through my.uscis.gov/accounts and no sign of any biometrics letter.

I expire 8/17/19, I know I have time, I know I sent it out late (life happens). I know I should chill for a minute since they've only had my paperwork for about 2 weeks but I've also been seeing stories of you guys missing biometrics appointments because USCIS failed to send out your appointment letters. You know how this anxiety goes.

When did you receive the notification in the mail? The Biometrics letter usually gets to you 1 to 3 days after you receive that notification letter.
