For those who have been petitioned by a relative: SEC. 2302. MERIT-BASED TRACK TWO.

I am positive that it will be amended somehow....but to what remains to be seen.Corporate lawyers aren't necessarily good at Immigration law,but there are quite a few lawmakers who are immigration lawyers themselves who might see the issue.

We shall see what comes of it because if the bill passes at its current form it could like this

1) 5 years for everyone, green card/citizenship
or
2) 10 years for everyone, # of time the border is seemed secure plus 3 more years
