No shows are as good as a no vote, Dream Act has to get to 60, Numbers USA doesn't need 41.

My guess for who the 58 are:

1. Akaka
2. Inouye
3. Begich
4. Murray
5. Cantwell
6. Wyden
7. Merkley
8. Feinstein
9. Boxer
10. Reid
11. Bennet
12. Udall (CO)
13. Udall (NM)
14. Bingaman
15. Dorgan
16. Conrad
17. Johnson
18. Klobuchar
19. Franken
20. Feingold
21. Kohl
22. Harkin
23. Durbin
24. Bayh
25. McCaskill
26. Lincoln
27. Landrieu
28. Levin
29. Stabenow
30. Brown (OH)
31. Rockefeller
32. Nelson (FL)
33. Webb
34. Warner
35. Mikulski
36. Cardin
37. Carper
38. Coons
39. Casey
40. Specter
41. Menendez
42. Lautenberg
43. Schumer
44. Gillibrand
45. Lieberman
46. Dodd
47. Whitehouse
48. Reed
49. Kerry
50. Sanders
51. Leahy
52. Shaheen
53. Lugar*
54. Bennett*
55. Murkowski*
56. Collins*
57. Ensign*
58. Manchin

*Republicans

My numbers 55-58 are really unsure. Everyone should put pressure on Murkowski, Collins, Ensign, Manchin, Snowe, Voinovich, and Brownback. Also, put pressure on those Dem Senators that are opposed to DREAM so that they will vote for cloture, and at least let the bill be debated on the floor. The Senators that probably fall into this category are Baucus, Tester, Pryor, Hagan, and Nelson (NE).

Nope, he said that he'll stick around for Saturday to make sure he's able to submit his votes on both the DA and DADT.
