Rest of them just line up by them selves, even house republicans anti-reps will feel the fire to take it up and let it pass.

If he can only gets one or tow of them out of this four will be enough to bring hitchison, collins, brown, lugar, murkowaski and many others to line up in supports. Grahm, Mccain and Reid, Schumur and durbin would be a dream team for any immigrtion peoposals.
I strongly agree. Bipartisanship is key here.

I hope next time when DA comes around as stand alone bill, they include some border security and high penalties to make republicans happy and let them add amedmends to it, so we can get something done realisticlly. Border security was missing from previus attempt, we cant aford to make same mistake again. Also we need to involved american peoples to our cause to make it heard, DA is suported by majority of amricans and more then 80% among hispinics, asians, and many other minority groups. We need to make awareness of DA in public with positive image that any politicuans will even think twice to talk in oposition to DA.

You have brought up some really important points. Please search Google news for an article on the DA revealing that several students are now focusing on working with Republicans on this bill.

problem is that republicans don't want to give obama the victory. Maybe obama has a chance in his 2nd term for three reasons: 1) he has less to lose 2) economy in better shape 3) republicans might be more willing because he's not running again
