This is what I find to be unsettling about the current Federal system.....it is being broken up for short term benefit with what I believe is long term consequences.Once one understands the meaning one understand I think:

The current United States of America Legislative Branch-An interim dualistic rivalry of the political class not conducive to advancing laws.

It's going to fail.

Just kidding, I've argued about this in the past, I'm not going to bother bringing up old conflicts for the sake of being sane.

But please, tone down your language, let's at least try to keep this forum clean of any unnecessary expletives. At least show that we're educated beings compared to other forums like FAIR, etc. I know emotions are high right now, but clean and a clear head can go a long ways.

As for the article, it has its fair view of its points. What it really comes down to is how the political landscape will be after Pres. Obama wins (I'm predicting) his second term. If most of the Tea Party freshmen get ousted in their district, then ANY immigration related bill has a great chance of passing. Otherwise, everyone is still stuck at the mercy of Democrats willingness to do anything.

lets just keep 2 things in mind, from what has happened though, the democrats, have not shown any intent to actually fix things, 1 thing was campaign obama, another was pres obama, were just like the ppl who wanted him to bring all troops home n close down gbay,

2, the past 2010 elections, teabaggers and other far left Republicans did REALLY REALLY GOOD, i wish it wasnt so, but its the truth, and not many R seats are vulnerable, only Dems, so we can only stand to see how many seats we lose, not actually win anything

that said i hope were still not talking about DA still for 2016
