I'm starting to look at it this way, as well. If nothing passes, then I am just not meant to be here. I just wish I hadn't lost so many years of my life waiting. Every year it's been "This is the year" and it just hasn't happened, yet. I'll wait until November to make my final decision because the way I see it is that it's all well and good that Obama wins, but without the Senate and control of the House, then there's no point in sticking around.

It just doesn't make sense to stay here waiting for something that may not materialize until we're 40. There are too many other places in the world that will welcome well educated and driven people like the DREAMers.

Well said. I was going to pursue an MBA here, but to be honest $40k is a lot of money...especially in Mexico. I was admitted for FAll 2012, but I think I want to see how things play out this year before I commit myself to an MBA program....

If we lose a considerable amount of seats this November, I say we older dreamers pack our bags and look for opportunities elsewhere.

I want to hear the excuses during the presidential debates.
