The problem though is that a lot of Red states are putting up all these blockades with regards to who qualifies for what when in fact the Work Permit[EAD] will STILL be accepted as VALID ID wherever,so the point of this seems to be nothing but posturing and waisting Arizona tax payers money.

This is such a waist of the money for many pro-immigrant non-profits and the Federal government's revenue and they call themselves conservative?Yes,her order can and will more than likely will be overturned in court but the only question is who will step up to the challenge this time around.
