Unfortunately, they want proof of legal presence, so you must show your EAD card which states you are category C33. As soon as they see the class C33, they will disqualify you. It is such a shame. They are so wrong in doing this because DACA approved individuals DO HAVE legal presence in the country and that is what their rules require...somehow they are confusing Legal Presence with Legal Status and have denied C33 applicants completely. I think you should try to apply anyway, and I hope you go to an office where their system hasn't been updated. Keep us posted though. All the best wishes to you.

Thank god today I went to SOS to renew my old Michigan Id and they only asked for ssn. Now I am expecting to get my id in the mail in a week. I wish it would of been an driver liceanse but I'm under 17 and still hv to go through the driving permit process. When i go to get dring pemit Do u think they will ask for an legal presence document or will they just assume I hv legal presence because of I'd card
