The best case scenario will be:

The Democratic-led Senate passed a comprehensive bill first.

Republicans in the House tell the Senate what they will be willing to accept, and THEN talk to minority leader Nancy Pelosi to provide Democratic votes in the House.

Since Republicans will absolutely vote against it in the House, Speaker Boehner will find the rest of the votes needed in his caucus.

I MUST WARN you!!! The bill that will be passed, if it is passed, will be filled with enforcement of employer verification and border security.

Expect to pay BIG fines to apply. BUT! This will all be worth it.

American citizenship is precious and shouldn't be easy to get. If we want to be part of America for "reals" then you gotta work for it.

I will say it...immigration reform WILL be debated in 2013. Can't wait to see what exactly passes.

Very optimistic!

They should add Border Security and E-Verify also. They should have expensive fines and a longer path to USC. They once had a proposal for $10,000 fines so sounds OK to me. I think they should have a law where the more fines you give, the faster the path is for a GC.

What do you will DA pass as with CIR?

You can't pass anything without being optimistic.
