I am a little more conservative so I would have had to really think into it, and If I had a really good shot I would of follow suit. These dreamers aren't that far apart from us, some of the youth leaders that support the group that includes my friend used to be active on this forum but took a different path because of disagreements with site owner, they like to take a more active role and started the whole activist thing when no one had taken any bold steps at the time, (sit ins at senators offices, detention center infiltration, and what not).

The support they have is huge, and can really get a lot of attention to whatever they do. I believe because of them the whole daca process started- they helped to defer the deportation of many dreamers 1 by 1, before daca existed. I know many just take this for granted, like some of other personal friends I have, that don't realize all the work that had gone into this.

Why do does every group now seem to think DACA is because of them ?
