I could of sworn that daca only happened because I kept writing the president letters for 2 years asking him for it hmm and now you say cause of you?!

Don't try taking credit, only reason it's here for us is because of a combination of multiple things, activists, letters, re-election, compassion from the president, sites etc etc

Don't sit here trying to take credit because everyone could do that and claim "I'm the reason why" you look like an idiot and quite frankly you sound like an annoying 6 year old.

I am sorry but reading things like this make me so angry. I cannot possibly in my mind fathom how everyone wants CIR but is not willing to do a damn thing to achieve it. Writing letters and complaining on forums will not change our situations. I have participated in several NIYA events and I have nothing but RESPECT for all of the organizers and activist. Its takes courage and bravery to take the streets, to hold up signs and shirts, to say " I am undocumented and unafraid." Change will not happen unless "we" the undocumented do something. Unless, we use our voices. Not the lobbyist in DC, not the "immigrant organizations" run by people who have no clue of our struggles. I support 100% the grassroots movement. They left to challenge the system. They left in support of the 1.7 million who have been deported. Your mothers, fathers, uncles. You say you hope they get denied. Your the reason why we can't have CIR. Because the hispanic community refuses to get our shit together and agree. We may have different methods of challenging the government and achieving our goal. But we should all support each other and strive for the same goal. Ridiculous to see this animosity. You say what will they do while they wait? Organize and fight for CIR to include and be the most fair for everyone. Because hate to bust your bubble but these politicians are going to try to their hardest to make it hard for everyone. So ask yourself, what am I doing to help the cause??

im guessing they are all underage "dreamers" or something , really , i mean you read their comments "id be pissed if these 9 dreamers get asylum granted" , or "thats not fair" , its like seriously ? these guys took a huge risk , anybody with some common sense would know that , and here you are saying "its not fair" blah blah etc. , those detention centers are no joke , you are jailed as if you were a criminal , a serious criminal , anyways , best advice just ignore all the negativity here , the immaturity level that you see around here is unbelievable , just ignore

And who is this common enemy?

Don't you mean aren't we all suppose to be fighting for the same cause? Do you guys have any ideas the background of people here and what they have done? its easy to start using anecdotal evidence to brag the things you have done. You guys need to calm down. Are we REALLY going to start arguing which methods is more effective in getting something done?

Everything so far including DACA has been a collaborations of various groups including legal entities and entities with out the authorization to be here.

Its VERY selfish to start telling everyone how all they do is whine on the internet when you don't know what they have done. For all we know, you people can be here lying about your actions towards this CIR.

What the hell is going on here where we start arguing about internal stuff?

Lots of people here are Mexican and crossed the border, often being detained along the way and stationed on these centers. What makes you think some dreamers here don't know that?

This by far is the most interesting post on this thread. Why do you view American as an enemy we should all be united to fight? Aren't you participating on these smart and very sophisticated means of beseeching a CIR for the purpose of joining this, "enemy"?

I am going to remember this post and think how there are some people who are fighting the enemy while at the same time trying to join the enemy. Your post was very interesting.
