its a tough situation and most of the people agaisnt these kids (aka the republicans hiding in dreamers clothing) think its unfair because they, unlike these kids, came here at average age of 9 or so and have been contributing to this country, why should kids coming here at the very age benefits more than them?

This really isnt the issue because we don't have a saying in this at all and we really shouldn't be complaining and some of us if not most of us have familiars cases like those kids. Because of that, we should be more understanding. Not to mention when we got here as kids, at no fault of our own, right? We hadnt contribute anything either, whats to think these kids won't either in the long run?

You know, the primary part of every legalization is a cut off date. Whether you put it when DACA was announced, or on December 31st 2011, or whatever other date the bottom line is that it will not benefit people who come after that, it's to prevent a dash for the border by more people to benefit from the legalization. USCIS has tried to make it clear that people entering now will not get covered by the senate bill nor by DACA

So yes, I remain against legalizing them before we ourselves get our documents. Seniority and all that, we've waited for years and these brats would get asylum pretty much thrown at them because they come in swarms?
