the forms aren't updated? i-765/ws/821d?

when will it be updated, i didn't know it's not updated, the site itself told me to fill the one's they have there.

also, what if i'm denied? do i get deported?

I think I-821D will be the only updated form we need because it will ask about whether we arrived here before Jan 2010 instead of June 2007. I-765 and I-765 WS should stay the same.

You can sign up for their email list and get notified whenever they update that page.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

anyone have a sample for an affidavit?

i'm going to have my dad do one stating that we've lived together forever, should i do one for my mom too?

thanks for the reply, i got affis from dad, sis, and sis's boyfriend.

anyone know the order of how things should be packaged together, i know the check is suppose to be at the front.
