There is an App where it tells you when you put in your PD. It will give an exact date to when the beneficiary can file for adjustment. I guess it goes by the current estimated time. Not sure how accurate is it.

While we wait for our current date. All we really need is this DACA Expansion.

These Republican judges don't release it's not some abstract legal case. They are dealing with real people lives, suffering, desperation, family distractions.Or maybe they do and even get some pleasure watching their fellow human beings suffering. We can't wait forever.I hope at least President Obama knows that and will try some alternative options if DACA/DAPA fails.

They give a ball park figure but their guess is as good as any. I remember in 2010, the priority dates were speeding up. At the time I was about 4-5 years behind and for each month, the PD's would jump 3 months! I thought "holy shit! if it keeps going at this rate, I'll be in line to be up to date in a year or year and a half so worst case, I'd be out of a driver's license (my state license expired some time in 2011 and I wasn't able to renew) for just a few months.

Then all of a sudden they retrogressed them (a term I was not familiar with until then) by 2 years. so all of a sudden it went back to near 5-6 years AND on top of that, for the next 6 months or so, it didn't move a single month. When it finally started moving again, it would move one week for every month. Now, some 4 years later, it's finally starting to move again 1.5 months for every month.

I'm happy that it's moving faster but I'm afraid it will get close to my PD and all of a sudden retrogress again. Currently, I am exactly 3 years behind.

We already know that this is political football. Sometimes it will go in our favor and sometimes it won't. The DACA of 2012 was a political move as well.

You can get a DL in other states that do offer it though.

I don't understand why there is such a wait. It is probably because of manpower out there. I am in F1 category so the quota hasn't changed. Increasing the quota would help too. All we can do is wait. The app shows my PD will be current in 3.6 years. What is your PD?

So if this thing goes to Supreme Court. Could they file some emergency to move it fast? Like a decision before the elections?

Any news on this? When will these judges make their decision? Do they have a time limit?
