I am of the opinion beggars can't be choosers, but damn we have waited long enough, maybe even a type of card that will be renewed every 4 years, with option to travel, I would be o.k. event if it did not allow for LPR.

If they make it a requirement to go to college then so be it. Give it a try. With an opportunity like DACA you should enroll.

The original DREAM Act always had a 2 year college requirement/higher education or enlisting into the military, so that certainly is a possibility.

Thanks man. I was worried because I do have a Driving Without a License conviction from before we were able to get driver's licenses. So that worries me. I believe it's a misdemeanor (8 years ago). I haven't gotten any other tickets since then. I believe there was a reason why Obama didn't count Driving Without a License misdemeanors for DACA, everyone has them.
