DACA could be finished off any day.

IIRC FAFSA is different from the California Dream Act.

Like even the website they are two different portals.

I agree, didn't he say that for every executive order he enacts two must be reversed?

I am sure that there aren't many left. I would like to know how many orders total he has signed and how they compare to Obama after a week and a half.

No that was for regulations at federal agencies not for EOs.

I'm starting to think the safest undocumented people currently are DACA recipients. It's just evident. But I am afraid that the rest are vulnerable. This is turning out to be an extremely protectionist administration. They are hitting every last corner. To Trump's credit (I am not praising him or loving him here, just saying how I see it), he is doing what he said in his inauguration speech about putting "America first."

Not right, Trump hasn't targeted non-criminal undocumented people............yet

reads to me like pregnant and handicap ban.

Went ahead and read it all. Page 10 or '4' can severely compromise DACA.

Other jewels:
no social security benefit use for years worked illegaly having paid into it.
end of all social aid to undocumented (unless it's PROWLA sp?)
publishing of studies that exalt the virtues of all this bullshit while completely disregarding any net benefits from the undocumented.
Expand indentured servitude by expediting seasonal farm workers.
Making it harder to get h1b
Offering absolutely no solution to fix status or opening a new category of any sort for undocumented or any new immigrant really.

Basically it's going to cripple immigrant communities by guilt of association.

Also seems like they may do away w/Advanced parole. Some mention of ridding DHS of parole procedures.
