His comments are always so vague.

Anyone want to provide a general timeline of how things will unfold if they do sue on Sept 5? Like when the fight starts, when it will go to court, approximate time an injunction would happen, etc? Thanks.

We haven't even heard from our big supporters like Lindsey Graham , Durbin etc. I'm pretty sure there is some behind the scenes workings going on. Remember McConell even made remarks earlier this year that he's willing to help us when it comes down to it? Let them finish and get their Obamacare repeal first . If they are able to get that through , republicans will be in a better mood to help us out .

Trump's Homeland Security secretary, John Kelly, had suggested in remarks Wednesday that Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions might make the final decision about the program, known as DACA, if it is challenged in court.

Trump's remarks appeared to suggest that he would not delegate the decision to Sessions.

Trump is a stubborn creature. If he has kept DACA 7 months into his presidency, I doubt he's just going to abandon it easily like that .

But do we believe Kelly or Trump on this final decision bit?

Trump is NOT flat out planning to destroy DACA.

He is thinking. He is weighing. He is deliberating.

This is good.

Crap just send the DOJ of justice to defend it, if Sessions won't do it make Roseitein do it. We all know they hate it, I just want to buy some time. Let it go to the Supreme Court
