Sessions loves the power of his position too much to resign. He has waited for decades to push his racist agenda and won't let even Trump stand in his way. Trump will fire him before the week is over.

Honestly, it would tickle my heart for him to be fired. Couldn't happen to a more worth asshole! If Sessions is gone, Miller will not follow, but it would likely reduce his influence in the West Wing.

I am still holding out hope that the administration's plan regarding DACA is to trade legislation/defense of DACA for more enforcement. It seems as if even DRM Action Coalition and some of the other immigration groups are prepared for that likely outcome

Didn't sessions planned to resign? Then he changed his mind.

That's correct. He did offer to resign after he recused himself from the Russia probe and in the wake of the EO failures, but Trump didn't take him up on the offer.

I still think he'll be out before the end of the week, and Trump will have to fire him. Sessions knows he has no seat to return to and this is his only chance to remain a big shot in D.C. What I find extremely telling is that they're already coming up with a short list of AG replacements.

Which AG would benefit us the most?

I say Rudy G.

Cruz being worst case scenario. Although, Trump is still our most important ally.

Why do you want Cruz himself to get the position?

Isn't he the worst choice for all of us? Do you want us all deported?

More tweets at Sessions today:

Quote:
"Why didn't A.G. Sessions replace Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, a Comey friend who was in charge of Clinton investigation but got big dollars ($700,000) for his wife's political run from Hillary Clinton and her representatives. Drain the Swamp!" he tweeted.
The only reason these continued attacks by Trump at Sessions make sense is Trump is REALLY worried about what Mueller is investigating about Russia Collusion.

It's hilarious how obvious it is that Trump is scared shitless because he knows damn well he's guilty. Trump doesn't want to fire Sessions, he wants Sessions to resign.

Yea it's a matter of time. Now he's distracting everyone by not allowing transgender in the Military. Lot's of people see right through you Donald. It's bad enough feeling unwanted in this country as someone with DACA. I can't imagine being a US Citizen - putting my life in harms way - and then being told I'm not wanted.
