Seems like with this article, there is no winning. But when you take into account that the GOP can’t pass shit in the House without Democrat votes, it’s a MOOT point. If they could’ve done this, they would’ve done it by now. What I don’t understand is people like BeeHive blaming democrats for shit not getting done. Do you follow the news cycle? Or is you attention span of a two year old? Republicans are fighting tooth and nail not to do anything DACA related, especially with the funding bill, and you’re blaming the democrats? The Dems have leverage and you’re worried some people will blame a government shutdown on YOU? Grow a spine, you sound almost as bad as Trump.

Well, not all of us have options.

u have to understand the context of the situation,

the deadline is like a week away, both parties will throw the kitchen sink at each other. thats how politics work and how they're gonna blame and attack each other for next years mid-term. it's a game of chicken at this point, both parties are headed for a collision course.

nothing new tbh, just wait it out.

Do you think the House republicans can pass the spending bill on their own?

We knew this was going to get ugly. The GOP can whine all they want, but it will be their fault if the government shuts down. The good news is the Democrats so far are sticking together.

I've got until March 2019. Got an approved I-130. I'm almost ready to do the hardship waiver.

Government catches on fire? Great. Clean Dream Act passes - even better.
Anything less and I am going down the waiver route. I am not waiting 10+ years for citizenship, and I sure as hell won't take a Bridge Act kick the can down the road handout.
You think Trump admin will hand out waivers like candy?

I am going to ignore you and not read anything from you after I read that Republicans are not doing anything DACA related. Here is an article to shut you up.

That is a trick to make Dems give up their omnibus leverage. Duhh!
