If you'd like some actual details on the numbers that Republicans and Democrats are tossing around on a spending deal, I have some actual details.

No mention of Daca there but details of spending bill solution until the 22nd. After that, who knows

@ChadPergram

House sets up debate/vote on bill to avoid gov't shutdown Friday night. Will run through December 22..

Unclear if the Senate will tackle the interim, 2 wk spending bill tomorrow after it clears the House or if it could be a Friday project. Gov't funded through 11:59:59 pm et Friday

The House Rules Committee approved a rule setting the bill up for a floor vote Thursday, after which the Senate will have until the end of the day Friday to avoid a partial government shutdown. A formal check of how members would vote on the Dec. 22 deadline came back showing widespread support, said Representative Dennis Ross, a member of the vote-whipping team.

The Freedom Caucus will discuss the stopgap at a meeting tonight, according to a House Republican aide. Votes from the group’s three-dozen members may not be needed if Democrats support the stopgap plan.

-My day began with a Freedom Caucus meeting and ended with a Freedom Caucus meeting

And we’re hardly any closer to knowing whether House GOP can definitively pass this CR tomorrow on their own.

-To be clear, if they can’t, Dems will almost certainly join in to help.

This isn’t your average overhyped shutdown tweet, I swear.

@sarahnferris

I guess they'll wait till the 22nd right before xmas? At least I hope or they'll be traitors.

Also I guess waiting for what happens in the meeting

I'm not understanding what Dems gain by stepping in if the GOP doesn't have the CR votes...
