Are you dense? We (Dreamers) will not be Citizens for 15+ years. How is that going to help when it comes to sponsoring our family members to bring them out of the shadow.

Because CIR will legalize 11 million + people and it makes sense to slash immigration.

You realize there are millions of others that have greencards and are in the pipeline for citizenship and want to sponsor their families? Not everything is about 'Dreamers'.

Honestly they should give him the Wall. He will gladly push for any dream act legislation if they give him that. The racist base will be mad at the citizenship part and the liberal base will be mad at the wall. I think that’s fair for everyone involved.

Agreed. Hopefully the Flake bill gets this job done.

That's certainly not the case! I mean look at what's going on right now...We're talking about DA passing..this is like one in a 20 year event! And I don't think its a coincidence that its happening suddenly. It's happening because there's a crazy non-establishment businessman doing things differently. And guess what no matter what anyone says the fact is it is happening under a Republican President. I think we stand a very good chance to pass CIR IF DA with Border Security passes. Trump has played a MASSIVE role in getting Congress to discuss a DA + Border Security package no matter how much we may hate the guy...He's stirring the pot and forcing Congress to do its work.

Lets not get it twisted. The ONLY reason they are considering DA is not because of their "big heart" but because we are out of the shadows and due to public outrage, they cannot push "American Kids" back in the shadows. If Obama had not executed DACA, nobody would give two shits about us.

EDIT: Not to mention, DA has support from the public and even many of the trump supporters and yet it is like pulling teeth to get anything passed. You really think CIR can happen?
