I mean it will take years to get this wall built, if Dems retake any chamber of congress, they can throw road blocks. They are just being fucking stubborn on this. Our lives are on the line , yet they won’t compromise or commit to shut down the government until we are protected. They can’t have it both ways!
Why is Castro speaking for 800,000 DACA individuals lol he can go fuck himself lol

cuz hes not part of “congressional leadership” he is the minority whip.

its usually the House Speaker/Minority Leader, Sen Majority Leader/Minority Leader.

I know. But he is the only one who seemssincere about DreamAct. And he was tasked with the actual work. He has the right to be in this meeting.

if being sincere gives anyone rights to something, our issue wouldve been fixed a long time ago.

Well fuck him too then

A bunch of Democrats voted for the Fence Act 10 years ago. What's changed? They just rather play political football with our lives

He's been pushing DreamAct for 16 yrs. Why should he not be at the table?

Oh, that reminds me, Flake also said that he gave his tax vote in exchange for negotiating DreamAct. He, too, should be at the table, eh?

The only thing we can say to Democrats is this: Can we count on you when we need you; can you help now?

Are you willing to win for the DreamAct? What other than this should we expect?

It's been a very exhausting week doing all that I can to meet my patients' needs, medical and otherwise. I wish these politicians in their privilege had the actual guts to help because they can.

People like Erika Andiola and @juansaa who have been putting their bodies and livelihoods on the line to fight for all of us.

Clearly empathy is sorely missing on this board.

Pretty much I really don't get this sense of entitlement here, "Fuck our parents, and every other immigrant !! End chain migration, build the wall and more enforcement !!"

All for something like a Bridge Act? Whoa
