Talking points:
-President says to adhere to Schumer rule ("Don't hold govt hostage to advance radical political agenda")
-We need to fully fund our military "must not let partisan bickering get in the way of the govt taking care of them"
-President wants a clean funding bill that fulfills our obligations takes care of our military and keeps our people safe
