I got a question. Do you guys think the courts could do anything about that provision in the succeed act? Removal without even a hearing seems a bit harsh.

If that's true then I won't immediately apply, I'll wait for the Supreme Court to strike it down. Hopefully they pair succeed act with DA and we don't have to deal with this.

I have an overthinking habit. One wrong address, or something remotely inconsistent in the application could get my ass flung right across the southern border and back to mexico. That's a scary proposition.
