This is what I was waiting for. A reaction from the one who 100% supports us and works tirelessly.

I highly doubt it now that Flake's already put stopping "chain migration" on the table. Plus, he's explicitly pointed out to the 800k number so no way Republicans would voluntarily want to expand it.

What exactly does Durbin want for border security? If he doesn’t want to compromise then he better get his caucus together and block that spending bill. At this point it’s unacceptable to blame republicans or the White House when democrats have some leverage. We are not falling for it!

If talks blow up then it's going to be on Pelosi to attach dream act to the spending bill in the house and shove it up Ryan's ass.

45 is toying with us at this point it's not even funny. What the hell does he really want? One day it's the wall, then the next no wall. Chain migration was not in the mix of demands until quite recently.

And keep in mind all this drama is on the Senate side. There's still the House to be dealt with.

Flake isn't the final word and I recently messaged an immigration attorney (David Leopald) and he told it's very unlikely that it's limited to daca's only and would most likely expand to the entire eligible population. I'm praying he's right.

Who do you believe more, the person making the actual bill or a lawyer?
