Meh, we might afford to let him vote for a CR if he's up for reelection. Apparently, Tim Kaine is on board for a shutdown. I'll look for a link.

You might be right about that but the headline says that DACA doesn’t have to be in the spending bill. That implies he is likely to vote for the CR:
