That's right. Bush and Trump didn't give us DACA, Obama did. The Dems under Obama passed the Dream Act in the House during the 2010 lame duck session but it was the Repubs in the Senate who derailed it. And Obama had no political capital with the Repubs. They always opposed whatever he did.

2010 Dream Act needed just 5 votes to pass, 5 Democrats voted against it.
