I don't know why people are freaking out, they are not doing e-verify and will not do internal enforcement in any bill. Chain migration, not too sure. We're not getting CIR and we're not legalizing everyone, so don't count on that. Verbiage will be cleaned up well before a bill goes up for a vote so people don't get deported for being poor and things of that sort.

If she applies this year before the bill’s passage she could very well apply and be grandfathered in.

I hope you get your green card while your parents are deported or live in fear of being deported forever.

Ok, so what is the alternative?

Stay on a bus you know is about to go off a cliff when you know you can jump off?

I'm sincerely waiting for you to propose an alternative here.

Help yourself, before you can start helping others. I still think being unable to sponsor your parents is messed up.

as i said before, it's all politics. democrats would not want to pass ANY immigration bill when trump and his house and senate is in charge, democrats didn't solve immigration when they were in control so why should they give trump this win........this is a reason why dems went to trump few weeks ago with an horrible offer, more chain migration and tps.........we will only get extensions, don''t know how but we will.

They should just end chain migration for LPR's and call it a day.

Because some people here are delusional and believe in the tooth fairy and a CLEAN Dream Act. Just wait until Trump pulls his bill off the table everyone is going to back to crying again on how they’ll take anything.
