There are certain things I don’t like about this bill such as permanent e-verify and giving away our due process. However I understand that I am not in a position to choose. It’s unfortunate but that’s the sad reality of this.

People should just accept Trump's proposal because it does not include mandatory e-verify.

so many people don't understand how e-verify works.
almost every major corporation already uses it.
what i'm guessing people are pushing for is for it to be an actual law, i.e. companies will get punished for not following it.
and come on, you really think the uniparty is going to enact a law that punishes their $$$ overlords?

Yeah that is true a lot of companies are already using it, even smaller companies.

Hint: the hospitality industry (~200B/yr industry in the US) has a vested interest in NEVER having e-verify. It will never pass.
